Bodied Boss Studio 💕 – Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to us, and we understand that schedule adjustments are sometimes necessary. To ensure we can provide every client with the best possible experience, we have established the following guidelines:

• Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations outside of this window (including those related to menstrual cycles) will still require a rescheduling fee.

•  Non-Refundable Policy: All payments, including deposits and package sales, are final and non-refundable. Packages cannot be downgraded once purchased.

​

•  No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and any prepaid sessions.

​

•  Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment must be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients, and a $45 rescheduling fee will apply.

​

• Rescheduling: One courtesy reschedule is allowed with proper notice; any additional changes will require a new deposit.

​

• Payment Plans: If you are on a payment plan for a discounted package, payments are due on their original schedule regardless of cancellations. A $75 late fee applies to missed payments.
