What should I do before my appointment?
Eat a light meal 2 hours before your session, drink at least 2 liters of water, wear comfortable clothing, and arrive freshly showered with no lotions or oils on the treatment area. Avoid alcohol for 72 hours and skip caffeine on the day of your appointment.
Why is drinking water important?
Water helps your body flush out released fat and toxins, reduces swelling, and supports faster, more effective results.
Why avoid alcohol before or after a session?
Alcohol can dehydrate you, affect circulation, and slow the elimination of fat and toxins. Avoiding it 72 hours before and after your session helps maximize results.
Are there any health constraints?
Treatments are safe for most clients, but certain conditions may require a delay or clearance. These include pregnancy, pacemakers or implanted devices, heart issues, uncontrolled diabetes, blood thinners, current cancer, severe liver or kidney issues, skin infections or open wounds, and fever or illness. Always consult your healthcare provider if you have concerns.
Why can’t I get sessions during my menstrual cycle?
Your body is more sensitive during your cycle, and circulation changes may make treatments less comfortable or less effective. Waiting until your cycle is over ensures the best results and comfort.
Do you offer post-op care?
Yes. We provide post-op services to help reduce swelling, support healing, and enhance surgical results.
How many sessions of Body Ice Sculpting are recommended for optimal results?
For the best results, we recommend at least five sessions of Body Ice Sculpting. Each session helps reduce measurements, firm the skin, and tone the body.
Is the Breast Enhancement treatment suitable for everyone?
The Breast Enhancement treatment is non-invasive and suitable for most clients. However, we recommend scheduling a consultation to ensure the treatment aligns with your goals and health conditions.
What is included in the Vacuum BBL treatment?
The Vacuum BBL treatment combines vacuum suction and wood therapy to reduce cellulite and plump the buttocks. Each session is equivalent to 1,500 squats and includes two 30-minute treatments.
Are there any restrictions for Body Contouring treatments?
Body Contouring treatments, such as Laser Lipo or Ultrasonic Cavitation, are not suitable during menstruation, pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Please consult with our team for more guidance.
What can I expect during the Body Contouring Training program?
